Japanese and Oriental Touch for Your Asian Home Decor. I just finished a blog post describing how to use a RaspberryPi and a Pebble watch to control your home theater. The stone decoration, the Japanese doll, wooden chair and not to mention the traditional tea glass and cup enhancing the Japanese feelings. Japanese touch is scatter around the house. So you've got yourself a kickass, play-everything home theater PC, but you're not so keen on controlling it from your couch with a mouse and keyboard. Others believe that Zen interiors are defined by a Japanese touch - either traditional or contemporary. Some think Zen decor is all about bonsai, shoji screens and minimalism with a Japanese twist, others favor a 'culture neutral' version of Zen home decor. And we do something different than what we did in the past; we add kind of a modicum of intelligence to that. Zen interior design doesn't come with a rule book. To some, a Zen aesthetic is all about clear, open (even empty) spaces featuring concealed storage and minimal decoration.
